These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Flare mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using Flare, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

Flare is intended for individuals aged 18 and older. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering a binding agreement.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our community guidelines.

3. User Content

Flare allows users to upload videos, messages, and other interactive content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your content, but by posting it, you grant Flare a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use it for the operation of the Service.

You agree not to post or share content that:

• Contains hate speech, harassment, nudity, or explicit material
• Impersonates another person or misrepresents your identity
• Violates any applicable laws or infringes intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to remove or moderate content that violates our policies or creates a risk to our users or the platform.

4. Safety and Conduct

• Flare promotes authentic and respectful interactions. Do not use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm others.
• Do not collect or store personal data of other users without their consent.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Flare may offer premium features or subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payments are processed securely by these third-party providers under their terms and refund policies.

Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal details are displayed in-app prior to purchase. You can cancel your subscription through your device’s account settings.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and Service content (excluding User Content) are owned or licensed by Flare. You may not use, copy, or distribute them without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with all devices, or the accuracy of any user-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flare and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in harmful behavior, or misuse the platform. Upon termination, the license to your content ends except where required for legal or moderation purposes.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.

11. Modifications to the Service

We may update, modify, or discontinue portions of the Service at any time without notice. Continued use of Flare after updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the competent courts in Seoul, South Korea.
